HIC and SSC test reports, issued by the third test party, shows that A671CC65CL22 steel grade Φ711mm SAWL pipes manufactured by JLSP for CNPC Southwest Oilfield Pipeline Project was successfully. It fills in the domestic blank of low-temperature service, sour service and heat treatment SAWL pipes and realizes the batch application for the first time in China.

JLSP improved weld tempering performance and welding technology to satisfy strict quality requirements of gas pipelines in Chuanyu Region. JLSP selected a number of matching schemes through optimizing welding materials and technical cooperation. JLSP took many experiments in Bohai Equipment National R&D Platform and verified by pipe mill and heat treatment mill repeatedly to ensure performance and technical requirements of -46 ℃ low temperature and sour service steel pipe.

The successful research and development of low temperature and sour service steel pipe has laid a solid foundation for further development of domestic and international high-end markets.
